How to Play

1. Deal Cards

Place two cards in the center. Deal the remaining deck. Players start with five cards in their hands.
2. Give Away Cards

When you have a number 1 more or 1 less than the top card, give it away. Numbers are always changing!
3. Jump to a new number

Frog cards can jump on any number and the action begins again! The first out of cards wins.

Fun game for Kindergarten; add card holders & number line

We played this with mid-kindergarteners today. It was easy to set up and explain, plus the kids loved playing it! We’ll add card holders, since holding several cards at a time was difficult for some kids. A number line was also helpful to a few students who weren’t fluent with the +1/-1 concept.
